01. Quality Control Technician     (Recruiting 1 person)
 Work content:
 1. Inspect purchased raw materials, accessories, components, and processed parts according to inspection requirements and standards, and complete inspection records based on the results.
 2. Establish quality inspection documentation for new accessories and components with guidance and assistance from technical personnel.
 3. Support production by conducting in-process inspections during manufacturing.
 4. Understand the quality standards and inspection requirements for the company’s required accessory products, and make accurate judgments on non-conforming items
 5. Promptly report abnormal inspection findings, and compile and archive inspection records and related documents.
 6. Assist the after-sales team in addressing product quality issues.

 Job requirements:
 1. College degree or above, preferably in mechanical engineering or related fields. Candidates with prior experience in a similar role are preferred.
 2.Strictly adhere to company regulations and relevant policies.
 3.Ability to read mechanical product drawings, master mechanical part inspection methods, and understand the production processes of mechanical components.
 4.Proficient in using measurement and inspection tools; familiarity with the ISO9000 system is required.
 5.Diligent, responsible, honest, and proactive with a strong sense of accountability.
02. After-Sales Engineer     (Recruiting 1 person)
   Work content:  1. Responsible for fuel cell system, mode, fault diagnosis and other sub-module electronic control software development as well as testing;  2. Responsible for the development and testing of communication protocols between fuel cell control software and auto parts;  3. Address issues arising during trial processes, summarize and report them, and promptly handle routine problems encountered during testing.  4. Manage all issues related to product application at customer sites, maintain customer relationships, and enhance customer satisfaction.  5. Provide feedback on product usage issues to the product and technical departments, offering suggestions and recommendations for product optimization and improvement.
 6.Conduct user training (both online and offline), track and control maintenance costs, compile maintenance reports, and submit them regularly.
 7.Complete the "Technical Service Report" and ensure timely archiving and backup of all related documents and materials.
 Job requirements:  1. Educational background in Electrical Automation, Automation, Electrochemistry, Fuel Cells, Batteries, Control, or related fields.  2. Ability to communicate in English; proficiency in business foreign language and experience leading after-sales teams are preferred.  3. Willingness to travel frequently and undertake long-term assignments in regions such as Tibet, Xinjiang, Yunnan, Guizhou, Sichuan, etc.  4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent hands-on ability and adaptability.  5.Good communication skills, capable of technical exchanges with customers and guiding their requirements.
 6.Strong sense of teamwork and service orientation; honest, upright, and highly responsible.
 7.Experience in industries such as Security, Autonomous Driving, or Smart Transportation is preferred.
 8.Military veterans are preferred.
03. Embedded Software Engineer     (Recruiting 1 person)

 Work content:
 1. Responsible for the electronic control software development of fuel cell system sub-modules such as operational modes and fault diagnosis. This includes control strategy design, software architecture design, software function and interface definition, code generation and testing, and writing software development and test reports.
 2. Responsible for the formulation, development, and testing of communication protocols between the fuel cell control software and automotive components/parts.
 3. Responsible for building the electronic control software development process system, and compiling/maintaining process documentation and deliverables for software development.
 4. Responsible for supporting software verification and bug fixes, and assisting with troubleshooting and resolving software issues in after-sales service.
 5. Responsible for researching and interpreting advanced control algorithms based on industry trends, and experimenting with advanced algorithms for fuel cell electronic control software design.

 Job requirements:
 1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Fuel Cells, Power Engineering, Electrical and Electronic Engineering, or related fields.
 2. Preference given to candidates with over 1 year of experience in fuel cell system electronic control software development, and/or over 3 years of experience in independently developing software functions for battery-related systems.
 3. Familiar with electronic control software development for platforms such as STM32 and ARM, and the associated development. Willingness to learn and master the basic control functions for fuel cell testing.
 4. Strong quality awareness and detail-oriented. Possesses excellent learning and independent analysis abilities, a sense of teamwork, strong work responsibility, good communication skills, collaborative spirit, and the ability to work well under pressure.

04. MEA (Membrane Electrode Assembly) Technician     (Recruiting 1 person)

 Work Content
 Responsible for daily MEA production activities in the laboratory (training will be provided).
 Job requirements:  1. Age under 45, with at least 1 year of relevant work experience.  2. Technical secondary school diploma or above; for fresh graduates with strong hands-on ability, work experience may not be required.  3. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in chemical handling or cleanroom operations.  4. Responsible, patient, and detail-oriented in work.

05. Electrical Engineer    (Recruiting 1 person)

 Work content:
 1. Capable of wiring, reading diagrams, and developing power control cabinet and PLC control drawings according to Technical Department requirements; able to create primary control diagrams and secondary control schematic diagrams, and archive them.
 2. Perform on-site installation and commissioning of electrical equipment, and analyze/troubleshoot field failures.
 3. Design project solutions based on customer requirements: such as series/parallel connections of two or more DMFCs or lithium batteries, and series/parallel connections of DMFCs with lithium batteries or photovoltaic/wind energy systems.
 4. Responsible for the implementation of electrical system-related solutions.

 Job requirements:
 1. Associate degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Engineering, or related fields, with more than three years of relevant work experience.
 2. Proficient in computer operation and familiar with relevant automation and electrical system software.
 3. Possess good communication skills and team spirit, with the ability to collaborate effectively with other departments.
 4. Strong learning ability and problem-solving skills, capable of independent thinking and resolving issues. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in new energy-related projects.
 5.Hold a Low-voltage Electrician Certificate.
06. Technical Operations Assistant    (Recruiting 1 person)

 Work content:
 1. Operation and maintenance of ultrasonic spraying equipment.
 2. Operation and maintenance of CNC cutting machines.
 3. Operation and maintenance of ultrasonic dispersion equipment.
 4. Small-batch production of membrane electrode assemblies (MEAs).
 5. New product trial production and process improvement in the laboratory.
 6. Recording daily scrap and unexpected incidents.
 7. Assistance with other R&D projects.
 8. Training will be provided by relevant personnel for all the above tasks.

 Job requirements:
 1. Associate degree or higher; strong hands-on ability.
 2. Preference given to candidates with experience in chemical handling or laboratory operations.
